Warranty Terms

IRONMAN 4X4 Pty. Ltd. guarantees that its products are manufactured in accordance with the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) specifications for each product. IRONMAN 4X4 also guarantees that all products sold will be free from defects in materials or workmanship.
IRONMAN 4X4 Pty. Ltd., at its sole discretion, reserves the right to repair or replace any products supplied by it if they prove to be defective in materials or workmanship, provided that IRONMAN 4X4 Pty. Ltd. is notified in writing by the purchaser of the alleged defect within ninety (90) days of the invoice date. Any claim not made within this period shall be deemed void by the purchaser. Repair or replacement is conditioned upon inspection of the goods by IRONMAN 4X4 Pty. Ltd. and return of the goods to IRONMAN 4X4 Pty. Ltd. upon its request.

No products may be returned to IRONMAN 4X4 Pty. Ltd. without its written consent, in accordance with the procedures described in this manual, and the purchaser's receipt of specific shipping instructions. IRONMAN 4X4 Pty. Ltd. shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the purchaser in correcting any defect in its products. IRONMAN 4X4 Pty. Ltd. shall not be liable for any consequential, special, direct, or incidental damages or expenses arising directly or indirectly from any defect in its products or from the use of any products. This warranty does not apply to (1) goods purchased for industrial, mining, or agricultural use; (2) goods purchased for resupply or resale; (3) goods no longer required by the purchaser; (4) goods incorrectly selected by the purchaser; or (5) goods modified by the purchaser or otherwise (including color change).

Except as provided herein, and except in title, it is expressly agreed that (a) there is no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other express, implied, or statutory warranty, nor any representation of fact or promise, from IRONMAN 4X4 PTY LTD. with respect to the goods that exceed the specifications agreed upon by IRONMAN 4X4 PTY LTD. and the purchaser, and (b) the purchaser, if any, mutually acknowledges that it is purchasing the goods based on the obligations of IRONMAN 4X4 PTY LTD. expressly set forth herein. No person is authorized to alter or add to any of IRONMAN 4X4 PTY LTD.'s obligations under this warranty. In no event shall IRONMAN 4X4 PTY LTD. be liable for anticipated profits or for incidental or consequential damages.

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold IRONMAN 4X4 Pty. Ltd. harmless from any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, which exceeds the warranties set forth above, whether claims against IRONMAN 4X4 Pty. Ltd. or incidental or consequential damages.

Accessories / Mining Accessories / Undercarriage Protection (except hoists and rollover protection structure) – 1 year warranty.
Superior underbody protection - 2-year warranty. 
Monster winch - 5 year warranty.
Ice Cube Refrigerator/Freezer - 3-year warranty on components, 5-year warranty on compressor.
Suspension system (excluding chains and pins) – 3-year, 60,000 km warranty.
Chains and pins - 3-year warranty. Ironman 4x4 warrants the original purchaser only when purchased new from authorized Ironman 4x4 dealers and distributors, from the date of sale.

The product is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship that may cause the product to perform less than the limits specified by Ironman 4x4, to the extent that Ironman 4x4 repairs or replaces any defective parts.
All warranty claims must be made through the original store of purchase or our chain of stores, unless otherwise agreed.
Original proof of purchase must be provided upon request.

Products may need to be returned to Ironman 4x4 for evaluation or repair. Ironman 4x4 is not responsible for shipping and removal costs and may consider them at its discretion only if the claim is verified.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases: 1) There is obvious negligence or misuse, 2) modification of the product, 3) use of vehicles modified or unsuitable for the recommended use, 4) use in racing or competition conditions without prior approval from Ironman 4x4, 5) use in excess of the original vehicle manufacturer's expectations.

Before installing any product, please ensure you have received the correct parts for your application.
Ordering the correct parts is the buyer's responsibility. Returns of unused items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless Ironman 4x4 is responsible.

Return used or dirty product, 
1) Out of warranty period, 
2) Without fault, it will result in your claim being rejected and returned at buyer's expense.

The warranty does not cover damage to the products resulting from installation errors.
