These shocks are designed by Ironman 4x4's suspension engineers and individually manufactured component by component to produce the best off-road shock absorbers in the world.

Each Ironman shock absorber is force-speed tested before packaging to ensure all parts received are uniform and within operating specifications.

High-quality materials such as German Fuchs high-temperature shock absorber fluid and Japanese NOK multi-lip seals are also used. Strength and durability requirements are met through the use of reinforced one-piece rings and stems.

Iron Man uses rubber bushes to absorb shocks to promote maximum flexibility and reduce unwanted lateral load and noise and vibration (NVH) transmission that often cause failure in shocks from other brands that use polyurethane.
