Exchange and Return Policy

To request permissions and recovery

  • You have the right to purchase a replacement or return the product and get a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The goods must be in the same condition as they were then returned, fit for sale again and placed in their original packaging with all accessories.
  • The product type must be listed as returnable or refurbished.
  • The fine for parts and accessories is implemented according to the manufacturer's details from the date of installation and the warranty cannot be transferred from the second party to the last party.
  • The amount calculated will be returned to the buyer using the same payment method within 7 days from the return date.
  • The merchant does not require the manufacturer to refuse to claim compensation from the second party for products damaged due to a non-manufacturing defect.

The consumer is not responsible for returning or replacing the goods in the following cases:

  • If the consumer was aware of a defect in the product upon purchase as is, or if it was the last product displayed in the store and stated this in a timely manner.
  • If the product specifications or packaging prevent it from being exchanged or returned because it would be damaged, or if you want to return it to its original condition when purchased, making it practically impossible to resell it.
  • In the event that the customer is responsible for using, damaging or improperly installing the goods.
  • If the product is not added back, or if there are missing accessories or components with or without carton, or with torn packaging, which must be in the same condition as the customer purchased it.
